Michelle joined the University of New Brunswick Saint John's Faculty of Business in 1994 as the Co-op Coordinator and joined the MBA Program management team in 2005. She is now the MBA student advisor and coordinates all aspects of the student experience from the moment a student joins the Faculty of Business at UNB Saint John for orientation until they graduate. This includes helping develop essential study skills to maximize success in academic studies, as well as enhanced interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills. She works closely with other staff members in the development of professional development opportunities and employability skills for MBA students.

Michelle also supports student development by facilitating opportunities for study abroad, and building business relationships through mentoring. Michelle also provides stewardship with relation to MBA program regulations and budgets.

In addition to her responsibilities related to the MBA program, Michelle teaches Organizational Behaviour in the Pre-MBA program as well as the BBA and BAM undergraduate programs.

Michelle has a BComm from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
