Allan Gates

Allan is a cofounder and partner at Bonfire, a digital marketing communications agency based in Saint John, New Brunswick that works with clients throughout Canada and the United States. He is an agency veteran, having worked in leadership roles in agencies in Saint John, Halifax and Boston. He teaches part-time in the faculty of business at the University of New Brunswick Saint John and previously taught in the faculty of public relations at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax.

Allan earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Public Relations and Master of Arts from Mount Saint Vincent University. He is a Director of the United Way Serving Saint John, Kings and Charlotte Counties and has actively supported startup entrepreneurs and emerging artists.
