Group fitness

We are pleased to offer a variety of drop-in group fitness classes. We take pride in providing a welcoming environment with classes to fit all ages and fitness levels. You are encouraged to come 5-10 minutes before class begins to gather any equipment you may need. Please note: Instructors are subject to change.

Group fitness classes

This class will add variety and spice to your workout with a combination of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises that change each week.

Strengthen the muscles surrounding and supporting the trunk in this 50 minute class. Body weight, dumbbells, bands, and other fun tools will be used for a fun and varied challenge. No experience is necessary as options will be provided for all exercises.

Join us at the SMA Pool for this zero impact, total body 40 minute express workout that offers a blend of cardiovascular and muscular training with specific attention to core stabilization. Flotation belts are used and no prior experience is necessary.

RIP is an exciting barbell program for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Work your entire body in this amazing muscular strength and endurance workout.

This is a fun and upbeat class that combines high intensity interval training with both cardio and strength-based movements.

Our indoor cycling classes are geared for anyone. From the outdoor enthusiast to those new to cycling. Join us as we take you on a ride that will leave you feeling great! Classes range between 40 (Express) and 60 minutes in duration.

A fantastic class for all levels to strengthen, tone and elongate your muscles. This class incorporates key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility.

Join us for a fun filled class consisting of choreographed moves for the step. This is a great cardiovascular workout! Suitable for all.

In this class, you will engage in a variety of strength and conditioning exercises utilizing weights, body weight, as well as other portable equipment. The focus will be on total body strength and conditioning, aiding in building strength, enhancing cardiovascular health, and improving your everyday mobility.

A rejuvenating class focused on the exploration of mindful movement through breath and creative sequences of heart openers, balance poses and twists. This class will incorporate both yoga and meditation.

Join the party in this 60-minute cardio dance class that incorporates various Latin dances such as salsa, merengue, and samba.
