REDS Recreation's fee-based programs are designed to develop personal fitness and skills in a progressive group instruction format. REDS Recreation offers a variety of programs that cover a wide range of disciplines and populations.

The strength and conditioning program is suitable for beginner to advanced participants.
Our Mind/Body programs include Reformer Pilates and Dance.
The Silver Series and specialized programs are designed for older adults seeking to improve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, while also addressing special conditions.
Fee-based programs are open to REDS Recreation members as well as non-members. Members receive a discounted rate.
All program participants are encouraged to review REDS Recreation's program policies and complete a waiver and a Get Active Questionnaire.
