In this workshop, we take it back to the Fundamentals, the basics. We will explore the true meaning and purpose of yoga, poses & names. We will explore and move through each fundamental yoga pose. Whether you are new to yoga or coming back to your mat, this workshop will help jumpstart your yoga journey.

Think of Holly Jolly Reformer as the teacher's pet. A class full of your favorite Pilates Reformer exercises and flows with fun surprises sprinkled in to keep you guessing.  This is a super-sized feel-good reformer class designed to kick-start your weekend with all the energy you'll need to tackle a busy holiday to-do list! Jungle Bells optional.

New to Reformer? We will show you the ropes (literally!). In this class, you will learn about the reformer and the foundational series. This class primarily works on mobilizing and stabilizing the hips, pelvis, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle. You may leave feeling a little taller than when you arrived!
