In this class, we will strengthen the core, arms, and legs while supported by the Pilates Arc. The Pilates Arc is an ergonomically modified version of the original spine corrector. The asymmetrical design with a gentle curve on one side and a steeper curve on the other makes it more comfortable for different body types. In addition to strengthening exercises, the arc assists in lengthening the muscles and mobilizing the joints. You will leave this class feeling stronger and more mobile.
This class suits beginners and those who have already been practicing Pilates for years.

Are you new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique on the reformer? Our Reformer Fundamentals class is the perfect place to start your journey to a stronger, more balanced body. In this class, we'll focus on building a solid foundation in Pilates reformer exercises. You'll learn the essential principles of Pilates and how to apply them to the reformer machine, a specialized piece of equipment designed to enhance your practice.
This class is designed for beginners and those with limited experience on the reformer. No prior Pilates experience is required. It's also an excellent choice if you're returning to Pilates after a break and want to re-establish your foundation.
