Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses a unique system of adjustable springs to add resistance to workouts. Hundreds of exercises can be done on the Reformer; class participants will experience a varied repertoire in each class!

Mind/Body programs

New to Reformer? We will show you the ropes (literally!). In this class you will learn about the reformer and the foundational series. This class primarily works on mobilizing and stabilizing the hips, pelvis, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle. You may leave feeling a little taller than when you arrived!

Elevate and energize your body in this 60-minute non-stop Pilates flow. This class is designed to wake up your joints and leave you ready to take on the day!

Experience a unique full body workout through creative, flowing sequences. In this class, you will work on technique, coordination and control while exploring the endless possibilities of the Pilates Reformer. This class will challenge and surprise even the most experienced participant!

Participants will leave each class feeling restored and in tune with their body.

This intense class focuses on your core, glutes, and arms. Participants will work up a sweat and leave feeling challenged, yet accomplished. While this is an athletic-style reformer class, this class is accessible to all levels.

This progressive class begins slowly and builds to a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Improve your balance, coordination, strength and flexibility in this positive and uplifting Reformer class. Each step of the way you will be supported and guided as you work towards creating a stronger, more flexible and resilient body and mind. Suitable for both the beginner and novice mature Pilates participant, this Reformer class offers a well-balanced full-body workout with an emphasis on safety, proper technique, coordination, and control.
