The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses a unique system of adjustable springs to add resistance to workouts. Hundreds of exercises can be done on the Reformer; class participants will experience a varied repertoire in each class.

Reformer Align focuses on precise technique at a slower pace, making it ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners, while also benefiting advanced clients who want to fine-tune their practice and enhance alignment. This class emphasizes refined movements to improve strength, flexibility, and posture through deliberate exercises. Detailed, hands-on alignment cues deepen your understanding of Pilates principles, showing how slowing down can amplify results and bring mindfulness and effectiveness to your practice.

This class incorporates interval training, jump board segments, and hand weights to build strength and power. Designed to challenge and sculpt every inch of your body, it’s an energetic, sweat-inducing session that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Reformer Energize is your essential morning wake-up! These invigorating classes begin gently and progressively intensify, setting the perfect tone for a productive day. Tailored for intermediate students but welcoming to beginners, this session focuses on awakening your joints and energizing your body. Classes are designed to increase flexibility, enhance strength, and boost overall vitality, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the day.

Flex & Flow is a dynamic class that transitions seamlessly from joint mobilization to strengthening. Classes begin with mobility work—sometimes using tools like the Pilates arc—to prepare your joints for movement. As the session progresses, exercises focus on stabilizing and strengthening key joints, enhancing flexibility, stability, and overall body balance. Designed for beginners to intermediates, this class benefits participants of all experience levels by improving mobility, joint strength, and resilience.

Each session leaves you feeling strong, empowered, and invigorated.
