What is a Reformer?

The Reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses a unique system of adjustable springs to add resistance to workouts. Hundreds of exercises can be done on the Reformer; class participants will experience a varied repertoire in each class!

Reformer Flow

Experience a unique full body workout through creative, flowing sequences. In this class, you will work on technique, coordination and control while exploring the endless possibilities of the Pilates Reformer. This class will challenge and surprise even the most experienced participant!

Participants will leave each class feeling restored and in tune with their body.

Reformer Energize

Elevate and energize your body in this refreshing Pilates flow Reformer class. This class is designed to wake up your joints and leave you ready to take on the day!

Reformer for Beginners

New to Reformer? We will show you the ropes (literally!). In this class you will learn about the reformer and the foundational series. This class primarily works on mobilizing and stabilizing the hips, pelvis, thoracic spine and shoulder girdle. You may leave feeling a little taller than when you arrived!

Reformer Sculpt

This intense class focuses on your core, glutes and arms. Participants will work up a sweat and leave feeling challenged, yet accomplished. While this is an athletic style reformer class, this class is accessible to all levels.

Reformer Power

This progressive class begins slowly and builds to a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Dance

Beginner Ballroom Dance

Join Dmitri and Katya, professional dancers, in this 10 week beginner ballroom dance program. Learn the basics for any social occasion including the Hustle, Swing, Salsa, Rumba, Foxtrot and Waltz. No dance experience is required and having a partner is also not required.
