Amanda Lee

I grew up as a competitive athlete and lived an active life, at the rink, the field and the studio. My love of movement led me to a BSc. in Kinesiology, eventually leading to my love of teaching human movement. During my undergrad, I made it my goal to learn how to teach one new class type a year, eventually trying Pilates, leaving me hooked.

Teaching style

My teaching style aims to be fun but informative. My goal is to help participants build confidence in movement, connect with their bodies and have fun while doing it! Everyone experiences movement differently, and that is part of the fun of teaching! I enjoy finding the right approach to help participants feel more connected and empowered in their bodies Above all, I want people to enjoy movement.
