Reformer Cardio Flow (Jumpboard)

JUMP right into May with a high-energy Pilates pop-up class! In this class, you will build heat using the reformer jumpboard and then use that energy to power you through a series of strengthening exercises to end the morning. You will leave the class feeling strong and empowered. 

Reformer Flow

Experience a unique full body workout through creative, flowing sequences. In this class, you will work on technique, coordination and control while exploring the endless possibilities of the Pilates Reformer. This class will challenge and surprise even the most experienced participant! Participants will leave feeling restored and in tune with their body.

Channel your inner ballerina in this contemporary style, supersized reformer class! In Barre Reformer we will incorporate the toning elements of both Barre classes and Mat Pilates with your already challenging and strengthening Reformer sequences. Expect the unexpected in this brand new style of class. 

Reformer Sculpt

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. I Saturday, June 11 I Private Training Studio, 3rd Floor CURRIE
CENTRE I $20 member & $25 non member plus HST (Amanda)

This intense class focuses on your core, glutes and arms. Participants will work up a sweat and leave feeling challenged, yet accomplished. While this is an athletic-style reformer class, the class is accessible to all levels.
