Whether you're new to running or getting back into it, this 8-week program helps you gradually build endurance using run/walk intervals, guided by an experienced running coach. Each session includes a proper warm-up, a structured workout, and a cooldown to keep you strong, motivated, and injury-free.

Note: This program is not offered during the winter session.
