Core Operate

A progressive fitness program designed for those who wish to improve function, strength and tone of their core muscles. The CORE-Operate program will educate you on how to properly engage and train your core stabilizing muscles.

EXCEL

EXCEL is a program that consists of aerobic (walking based) exercise, strength exercises and flexibility all conducted within a safe and motivating environment. The strength exercises will focus on improved functional strength and mobility with the use of callisthenic (body weight) and external load exercises, such as barbells and exercise bands.

The program is designed for adults that are beginning to be more active or adults who are already physically active.

Boxing

Are you interested in learning how to box while also getting active?  This 10 week progressive program will have both technical skill development and physical conditioning components. No previous experience is necessary.

Beginner Ballroom Dance

Join Dmitri and Katya, professional dancers, in this 10 week beginner ballroom dance program. Learn the basics for any social occasion including the Hustle, Swing, Salsa, Rumba, Foxtrot and Waltz. No dance experience is required and having a partner is also not required.  

Yoga for Power & Grace

Discover the power and grace this vinyasa flow can deliver. This class is inspired by the power of the Ashtanga system and includes complementary asanas to create an inspirational flow. Participants will feel deeply connected to both the mind and body by blending the balance of breath and continuous movement.

Leave behind your day and get grounded. Previous yoga experience is recommended.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa yoga flow integrates breath with movement in a flowing sequence of yoga poses. Experience a beautiful intermix of yoga asanas and creative movements that vary from class to class. This class is recommended for individuals with previous yoga experience or an athletic background.

Pilates Barre

Choreographed and created by Pilates & movement teacher Natasha Colter, this class will get your body moving!  Designed with the ultimate goal of helping you get stronger, and move better regardless of age, clients will leave with a smile on their face. Part standing Pilates, ballet grooving, weight training, bone densifying, functional movement optimizing and dance party extraordinaire, this class leaves no muscle behind; this class is seriously fun!   Customized playlists and new workouts are choreographed each session to keep your body guessing. 

No previous dance or Pilates experience is necessary. 

Pilates with Props

New this session! Pilates with Props is a mat-based program that fuses pilates movements with traditional strength and toning work. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles. This class will focus on variations of the Pilates mat workout using props such as light hand weights, toning balls and bands.
