The UNB harassment and discrimination complaint form is intended for individuals who wish to file a complaint related to human rights concerns, discrimination, harassment, or equity-related issues within the UNB community.
If you have experienced conduct that you believe violates human rights policies or equity principles, please use this form to share your complaint.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Human Rights and Equity Office. Information provided will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our procedures and policies.
After receiving your complaint, a member of our team will follow up with you to discuss next steps and available support options.

The UNB harassment and discrimination reporting tool allows you to report incidents of discrimination and harassment you or someone you know has experienced, safely and confidentially.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Human Rights and Equity Office. Information provided will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with our procedures and policies.
After receiving your report (identified), a member of our team will follow up with you to discuss next steps and available support options.
Note: Anonymous reporting is available and can help inform advocacy, education and awareness efforts. However, because these reports do not include identifying information, the HREO may not be able to take direct action in response to them.
