Group leaders (coach, faculty, staff, etc.) are responsible for making early arrival requests and acting as the main point of contact for Residence, as well as being a resource and contact for their students regarding arriving early to residence and associated early arrival fees.

Group leaders (coaches, faculty, etc) must reach out to Residence to be added to the early arrival listing by July 1 with the complete and final list of students requiring early accommodations provided to Residence on Aug. 1

Approved early arrival categories include:

  • early academic requirements
  • varsity athletes
  • campus leadership training
  • new international students attending international student orientation

Fall early arrival fees-Fall term only

Students granted approval to arrive prior to the official move-in dates for Residence are responsible for paying all daily early arrival room and dining fees (as these early arrival dates fall outside of the annual residence contract period and therefore are subject to an early arrival fee.
