Saint John campus

Facilities Management is responsible for taking care of the land, buildings and related services for the Saint John campus of UNB in the most effective manner possible with funds provided.

This includes buildings at 40 Charlotte Street, 127 Carleton Street and the Dalhousie Medical building.

Purpose

To provide the UNB Saint John community with an inviting, safe and sustainable environment which supports and enhances an inspiring experience in learning, living, working and research.

It is essential that Facilities Management be consulted before new or modified apparatus is connected to building systems. Persons not qualified to install new systems could inadvertently cause severe damage to university property.
