Apply for your MBA program

Application process

Before completing your application, make sure you read through the following steps.

Check our comprehensive admission requirements to see if you’re eligible to apply for an MBA at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John.

3. Apply online

UNB’s online application is easy to use and allows you to upload documents and save your application at any stage.

4. Upload program-specific documentation

You’ll need to upload the following additional documents:

  • Transcripts
  • Degrees and diplomas
  • Resume
  • Letters of reference
  • GMAT test score
  • TOEFL score (if applicable)

5. Next steps

Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email to make the application fee payment ($125 CDN.) Once your payment has been made and your application is complete, it will be sent to the department for review. Applications usually take four to six weeks to process, but may take longer, depending on volume.

Note: Our fall 2022 application deadline is now May 30, 2022. Applications received after this deadline will not be processed.

Application deadlines

  • Full-time international students: May 30
  • Full-time domestic students: July 15
  • Merit award consideration: May 31
  • Part-time students: Any time

International students must consider the time necessary to obtain an international study permit.

A “rolling” admission process is used, meaning that completed applications are reviewed as soon as they are received. We recommend that you submit your application early in order to secure your place in the program.
