In 2025, the University of New Brunswick (UNB) partnered with Supply Chain Canada to introduce the first-ever supply chain accreditation within a Canadian Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
Graduates of UNB's MBA program in Saint John, who achieve at least a B in the supply chain management stream, will gain advanced standing in Supply Chain Canada’s Supply Chain Management Professional™ (SCMP™) Designation program.
Eligible graduates are exempt from the designation program’s modules and workshops, providing a more direct and cost-effective pathway toward earning the SCMP™ designation.
With this advanced standing, graduates can pursue careers in supply chain fields, including supply chain management, procurement management, logistics management, inventory management and operations management.
