FOCUS CRM Recruit is an initiative that will replace our current domestic and international undergraduate application process, with graduate and law applications scheduled for the future.
The goal is to put in place a new state of-of the-art online recruitment and enrollment management system that will enhance a prospective student’s experience.
FOCUS CRM Recruit is being led by the following steering committee.

- Terry Nikkel, associate vice-president, ITS
- Heather Ongo, director of business transformation
- Drew Rendall, dean, graduate studies
