Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides administrative and coordination services in support of the UNB Saint John learning community. The office is also the steward of official student academic records.

Services that we provide to students, faculty and staff include: Admission, academic advising, confirmation of enrolment, transcript requests, timetabling and course set up, academic room assignment, final examinations, coordination of graduations, regulation and policy advice, as well as reporting and information requests.

Enrolment Services

Meet remotely or in person for payment plans, tuition and fee payments, course registration and academic records, faculty & staff services, NBCC/DMNB parking pass purchases, general inquiries.

Academic advising

Meet your academic advisor remotely to discuss academic advising, program planning, audit the progress of your program or planning towards your post-UNB aspirations.

BA students who have declared a major, or would like to declare a major should contact their faculty discipline advisor.

Drop-in classroom study space

Additional study space has been made available in IH 05, HH 127, WCL 31, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. IH 101/102 and HH 236 (only outside of academic use). Students must scan the QR code for check-in. Check-in information will be retained for 21 days.

Our office is located on the main floor of Philip W. Oland Hall.

  • Winter hours: (Labour Day - Victoria Day) Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Summer hours: (Victoria Day - Labour Day) Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
