Winter 2021 CR/NCR Online Request Form

An online form has been created to support student CR/NCR requests. Students wishing to submit CR/NCR requests after receiving final Winter 2021 term course grades can do so online (https://es.unb.ca/forms/cr-ncr-request)

Please note that a single form for Winter 2021 courses should be submitted, when possible. The deadline to submit Winter 2021 CR/NCR requests is Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Please note due to high request volumes, longer processing times can be expected. Once your request is processed, changes will be reflected on your transcript. If you have not received a letter grade by May 4, you have five (5) business days from the date that the grade is posted to submit your CR/NCR requests. Requests should be directed to UNB Fredericton: grades@unb.ca or UNB Saint John: unbsjreg@unb.ca . The CR/NCR online form will no longer be active after May 4.

If you are expected to graduate in May 2021, submit CR/NCR requests as soon as possible after your grade is posted. Late CR/NCR requests cannot be considered when calculating academic standing for graduation.

Open Entry online course CR/NCR information is available in the Online Student Guide found here (https://www.unb.ca/cel/online/online-guide/index.html)

Questions can be directed to the Office of the Registrar (Fredericton: grades@unb.ca , Saint John: unbsjreg@unb.ca)
