Caitlin Doyle

Exercise, movement and sports have been a staple in my life for as long as I can remember. After attaining my BScKin and then my CSEP CEP, I was able to really understand my passion for working in the health and fitness field. Working in this field for over 10 years has been extremely rewarding, and I feel fortunate to work in such a dynamic and evolving industry that focuses on helping people live a healthy and functional life.

Teaching Style

I teach to the class but also to the individual. Every body is different, and I encourage my participants to listen to their own body and focus on what feels good for them each day they show up to their class. I remind them that each day may look a little bit different but to be compassionate to themselves and to their bodies. Gentle consistency over time is where long term benefits will be seen.
