The J Herbert Smith Centre has supported more than 300 companies and projects since 2006, including HotSpot, Potential Motors, SmartSkin Technologies, Stash Energy, Resson Aerospace and C-Therm Technologies Ltd.

The startups, established companies, and projects support by the JHSC are part of a range of industries and sectors, from cybersecurity to equestrian products, from high-energy snacks to life saving drones, and many more.

We offer a variety of opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs to start their journeys, such as the Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship (DTME), The Summer Institute, Energia Ventures, the Master of Technology Management & Entrepreneurship (MTME), the Student Pitch Competition, H2A Canada, Global Technology Solutions (GTS), ScaleUp Atlantic Canada, and many more.
