The DUT is open to all full and part-time faculty members and contract instructors, and to all registered full and part-time graduate students for the cost of $370. Non-UNB persons wishing to participate in the course will be required to pay $727. Since enrolment is limited, UNB graduate students, faculty and contract instructors will be given first preference.

The DUT program is administered by CETL's Director of Teaching and Learning Services; however, registration for the DUT program is handled by the College of Extended Learning.  Your payment options are credit card or online banking.

UNB Faculty, contract instructor or graduate student

Payment by credit card 

  • You should have a current login with UNB. “Log in” and continue (if you do not have a log in).
  • Click “Register and pay for Non-Credit Classes”.
  • Enter only the course code number CPTR 6000, click submit.
  • Select the course with the price of $370 (for UNB only).  No current log in, enter your information on the next screen (student Identification) page, be sure your birthdate is entered in the format given, then hit submit.
  • Next screen, You do not have to choose anything in the fields on this page; they are optional – click submit.
  • Choose "register now (check out)" and payment type – click submit.
  • Follow the instructions and pay with your credit card. You should receive a receipt and will be registered for the course right away.

Payment by online banking or for non-UNB paying with credit card

  • To start your registration email, your first and last name, UNB id/student number (if you know it or currently have one) or date of birth and address and indicate how you plan to pay.
  • You will be advised to proceed with payment if there are spots available. If you choose online banking as your payment source, once you make your payment, email them right away your reference number or what you were provided for a receipt.
  • They will monitor as it takes 2 to 3 business days to show on your account
  • Once the money is received, you will be registered and you will be sent an email to confirm your registration.
  • If you prefer to pay with credit card, you can call the Registration desk once you hear back.

Note: You are not registered until payment is received in full.

Program cost

A program fee of $370 is paid by each UNB participant at the time of registration. Non UNB people are welcome to register but will pay $727. Payment methods at this time include credit card or online banking.  A receipt will be given at time of payment.

Refund policy

A full refund is available up until the first class. After the first class, a pro-rated refund is available. After the second class, no refunds will be given.
