How to apply

New students are assigned rooms on a first-come-first-served basis. Most years the residence fills by the end of May. If you apply and the residence is full, you will be placed on a waitlist.

If you're an international student, you'll need a study visa prior to sending the deposit as it is non-refundable.

Apply for residence at the same time you apply to study or very soon after.

Once you're admitted to live in residence by Residence Admissions, you'll need to fill out and submit a $500 residence deposit.

Apply for residence

Residence deposit

A residence deposit is required before you can be accepted into residence.

The entire deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your room or if you don't accept the one reserved for you.

Residence fees are added to your account and you'll pay for residence in the same way you pay for tuition. Fees are due at the beginning of September for Fall Term and the beginning of January for Winter Term.

Returning students

Early in winter term, returning students can submit a re-admission form.

Fill out the returning student application form. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Returning students have the month of February to choose their rooms and roommate requests for the following Fall/Winter terms. The deadline to re-apply is March 1. After this date, returning student applications will go into the normal pool of prospective resident students applications and your roommate and room are not guaranteed.
