Summer residence
Summer Residence is available for any registered post-secondary student from an eligible University staying in Fredericton.
Summer Residence is offered in our suite-style residence, Elizabeth Parr-Johnston and Aitken (recently renovated). Rates are listed by week, with a one-month minimum payment due at move in.
Please be advised that at this time Aitken is full for summer residence. Anyone who applies will be placed in EPJ.
UNB students will have the full amount of their Summer Residence placed on the student account.
Non-UNB students will need to come into the Residence Administration office (20 Bailey Drive) to pay monthly, with the first payment being due upon check-in. Students may also pay the full amount at that time if they choose.

Important Dates for Summer Residence
- August 9- Summer residence closes at noon for those not staying in residence for the fall 2024 term
