Summer residence
Summer Residence is available for any registered post-secondary student from an eligible University staying in Fredericton.
Summer Residence is offered in our suite-style residence, Elizabeth Parr-Johnston and our traditional residences, Lady Beaverbrook Residence and Harrison House. Rates are listed by week, with a one-month minimum payment due at move in.
UNB students will have the full amount of their Summer Residence placed on the student account with the full amount being due by May 31st. Any UNB student that requires a payment plan can contact Financial Services directly.
Non-UNB students will need to come into the Residence Administration office (20 Bailey Drive) to pay monthly, with the first payment being due upon check-in. Students may also pay the full amount at that time if they choose.

Important dates for Summer Residence
- April 14 - room assignments will be emailed to students who have applied before March 31
- May 3-move-in day for summer residence for students not currently living in residence for the winter term. Students currently living in residence for the winter term will begin to transition to their summer room assignment on the date emailed to them
- August 15-Summer residence closes at noon for those not staying in residence for the fall 2023 term
