Program fees


  • EAP program: $7,500.00 for one semester (4 months)
  • ESL support program: $8,840.75 for the Fall semester (international students)
  • Pre-MBA program: $18,450.00

All of the fees listed do not include the cost of health insurance (see below) or the cost of accommodations.

Testing fees

  • Accuplacer (placement test): $50.00
  • Official CAEL assessment: $225.00
  • Official IELTS: $310.00

International student health insurance

  • 4 months (September to December 2017): $264.50
  • 8 months (January to August 2018): $400.00

Important notes

All students are required to have valid health insurance while studying at Saint John College. Most students are required to buy the UNB Saint John International Student Health Insurance Plan while Permanent Residents of Canada are usually covered by their provincial medical insurance plan.

The fees for all of Saint John College's ESL programs are the same for international students as for Permanent Residents (this does not apply to the ESL Support Program).

Refund policy

EAP Program: No refunds will be given after the end of Week 1 of the program.

Pre-MBA Program: No refunds will be given after the end of Week 2 of the program.

ESL Support: The last day to receive a pro-rated refund is Oct. 19, 2018. Please see the UNB academic calendar for more information.
