Malcolm began playing basketball in grade 6. Throughout high school he played for the SRHS Sonics, where his positive team experience foster his love of the sport. In his grade 12 year, the highlight of his season was winning the Rothesay High School tip-off tournament. Malcolm's community involvement with a local youth group and his academic drive helped him to earn several scholarships in his graduating year.
Malcom enjoys the physical challenge of basketball. "I am very competitive and I love pushing myself to the limit", he says. He also enjoys the team aspect and making new friends.
Over the course of the season Malcolm is looking forward to expanding his shooting range and becoming a better player in all other aspects of the game. He hopes that the team will improve their record in the 2012-13.
