We care about the success of our students

At UNB we want to see every one of our students succeed - that's why we've have a dedicated team of professionals who are here to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.

Our services range from personal and career counselling to employment services and financial aid programs. We help UNB students find or participate in tutoring programs and we help new students make the transition to university life.

Someone to turn to when things go wrong

Our staff are trained to help students with personal and familiy emergencies. We help connect students with the right people in within the university to get the help and arrangements they need. We provide confidential counselling and advice.

A helping hand

University can be tough at times - we're here to help with any academic issues that may arise.

We can help connect students with peer tutors and provide strategies and advice to help students thrive academically. From our excellent Writing and Study Skills Centre to our Student Advocate, we're here to help.

Looking after the whole student

In many ways, UNB is its own community. Through Student Affairs & Services, UNB Fredericton provides its students with their own dedicated health clinic. Our campus ministry is here to support the spiritual needs of our students.

Our Student Accessiblity Centre provides services to students with disablities, both visible and non-visible. The centre provides computer-based assistive technologies as well as advice on classroom and examination accomdations for disablities.

Making UNB a second home

Our International Students Advisor's Office (ISAO) helps both new and current students from abroad get the most out of their education at UNB Fredericton. The ISAO can help students renew study permits or apply for off-campus work permits, among many other services.
