Tuition
Tuition is what you pay for the courses you take at university.
At $6,007 per year for most programs at a full-time course load, the University of New Brunswick's tuition rates are extremely competitive. In fact, UNB's tuition is among the lowest in the Maritimes.

Fees
Aside from tuition, there are also a few other fees, some mandatory and some optional. Most universities have fees for specific services that are not included in tuition costs.
Late Payment Fee
Please note that the fee payment deadlines are listed in the academic calendar. If tuition is not paid by the due date, a $50.00 late payment fee will be charged.

University education is accessible
There are many different options available to help you fund your university education. Examples include scholarships, bursaries and student loans. All you need to do is apply for them.
There is also a lot of flexibility when it comes to payment. There are a number of options and installment plans so that you don't have to pay all at once; just get in touch with your campus Financial Services offices in Fredericton or Saint John. They can also assist you with budgeting and other sources of funding.
