“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going."

Goals for success: I want to help my client's achieve their health and fitness goals by working together and creating a lifestyle and training plan that works best for them. My hope is also to provide each person with the knowledge and tools to feel confident as they move forward in their health and fitness journey.

Interests: I'm interested in exercise and physical activity, which for me includes badminton and volleyball. I'm also interested in travelling and furthering my education in health and wellness.

Jason Rudy

Jason RudyEducation: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB).

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Interests: I'm interested in being as strong and healthy as possible. I'm also interested in pro wrestling, medieval/viking stuff and kittens.

Training philosophy: I believe in self-improvement and will always do what I can to help clients be the strongest versions of themselves. I stand for individualization of programming, building healthy habits and putting in hard work in order to achieve the desired goals.

Goals for success: My goals for success are based on addressing lifestyle factors and focusing on the consistency of hard work. It's possible to perform exceptionally well in the gym, but if you are not sleeping, managing stress or eating properly, the results will be underwhelming.
