Walker Blizzard

Walker BlizzardEducation: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB) 

Certifications: Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP), CSCS (NSCA), Precision Nutrition Level 1, Functional Aging Specialist (FAI), Exercise is Medicine Canada level 2, Bone Fit™ Trained Professional, NCCP Weightlifting, First Aid & CPR.

Interests: I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, kayaking, pretty much anything under the sun. I'm always trying to improve my chess game as well.

Goals for success: My goals are to be the best I can be and provide guidance to my clients so that they're the best they can be as well. Through learning from my peers in the field, I hope to provide service to those in need of help in their active health and wellness journey.

Taylor Devlin

Education: Bachelor of Kinesiology (University of Manitoba).

Certifications: CSEP-CPT, Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED.

Interests: Some of my interests include curling, soccer, skiing, yoga, cooking, reading & travel.

Training philosophy: Working with clients to identify and meet their goals and create exciting, achievable challenges is my training philosophy! I like to start with the basics and foundational movements and build from there. I want all my clients to see physical activity as an investment in their overall health and wellness. I also want my clients to feel empowered to overcome barriers and to try new activities and exercises, whether you are someone training for health or performance. To me, it's all about teamwork to create programs and provide recommendations that will be enjoyable and rewarding for my clients!

Goals for success: Considering the best interests of my clients, ensuring safety through appropriate programming and instruction, creating comfortable environments for my clients through education and communication, and making physical activity plans that fit my client’s lives.

Caitlin Doyle

Caitlin Doyle Training and testing coordinator

Education: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB).

Certifications: Certified Exercise Physiologist® (CSEP), Group Fitness Instructor (FNB), Cancer Exercise Specialist (CETI), First Aid, CPR & AED.

Interests: I enjoy running, hiking, traveling and any outdoor adventure. I also enjoy playing music and spending time with friends and family. I am passionate about continuing my education in health and wellness through many professional development opportunities.

Training philosophy: Becoming fit and healthy is not something that happens overnight. You need to put in the time and effort and make it a part of your lifestyle. When this happens, you will forever reap the benefits.

Goals for success: I want to help my client's achieve their health and fitness goals by working together and creating a lifestyle and training plan that works best for them. My hope is also to provide each person with the knowledge and tools to feel confident as they move forward in their health and fitness journey.

Crystal Fournier

Interests: I'm interested in Olympic lifting, Crossfit, volleyball, camping and enjoying life to its fullest!

Training philosophy: My training philosophy is that you can do anything you put your mind to. Stay fit, stay strong, treat your body right so you can be active long into old age. Most importantly...train for the moment, do what you enjoy doing and it will keep you coming back!

Goals for success: My goals for success include helping my clients set goals, recording their accomplishments,  and helping them maintain accountability. Finding ways to make fitness fun and enjoyable is a great start on the journey to success!

Jordan Gauthier

Jordan GauthierEducation: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB), Sport and Leisure Management (Holland College).

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, First Aid, CPR level C & AED.

Interests: Olympic lifting, strength training, furthering education in training and philosophy.

Training philosophy: My training philosophy is to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself - your body and mind will thank you for it!

Goals for success: My goals for success are to work together on goal setting and find what suits my client's needs best.

Stephanie Tompkins

Education: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (UNB).

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, First Aid and CPR level C.

Interests: I'm interested in exercise and physical activity, which for me includes badminton and volleyball. I'm also interested in travelling and furthering my education in health and wellness.

Training philosophy: My training philopsophy is that you're capable of more than you think, but it involves stepping outside your comfort zone and challenging yourself.

Goals for success: Let's work together to find the most efficient and enjoyable route that leads to achieving your goals in a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Jason Rudy

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Interests: I'm interested in being as strong and healthy as possible. I'm also interested in pro wrestling, medieval/viking stuff and kittens.

Training philosophy: I believe in self-improvement and will always do what I can to help clients be the strongest versions of themselves. I stand for individualization of programming, building healthy habits and putting in hard work in order to achieve the desired goals.

Goals for success: My goals for success are based on addressing lifestyle factors and focusing on the consistency of hard work. It's possible to perform exceptionally well in the gym, but if you are not sleeping, managing stress or eating properly, the results will be underwhelming.
