Bachelor of Nursing (4-year program) - BN

  • Fredericton campus
  • High school graduates
  • Transfer and mature students
  • Feb. 15 application deadline

Advanced Standing program (2-year program)

  • Moncton campus
  • Accelerated program
  • A minimum of 60 university-level credit hours (see admission criteria)
  • Five prerequisite university-level courses
  • Nov. 15 application deadline

LPN-BN Nursing pathway

  • Option for licensed practical nurses
  • Entry into the 3rd year of the four-year BN program
  • Consists of six online pre-requisite courses
  • Feb. 15 application deadline

Bridging Year program 

  • Delivered through the Mi’kmaq-Wolastoqey Centre at UNB and is typically eight months long.
  • For Indigenous high school graduates and mature students who want to attend university but may not have the required high school courses to qualify for admissions.
  • Successful completion of the program guarantees acceptance into the undergraduate degree program of your choice when minimum program requirements are met.
  • Courses (high school and cultural credit courses) 
  • Not offered in Fall 2021
