Janet Mullin

Dr Janet Mullin is a proud UNB alumna, an Honorary Research Associate with the Department of Historical Studies at UNB, and an Assistant Professor with the Department of History at St Thomas University. At UNB, she teaches courses in medieval and early-modern European History, including History 1008 (Belief Systems in Medieval Europe), History 3034 (The Viking World), History 3975 (History of the Life Sciences) and History 4002 (Europe in the Renaissance). Her research interests focus on the gaming (gambling) culture of eighteenth-century England. Dr Mullin is the 2021-2022 winner of the Faculty of Arts Excellence in Part-Time Teaching Award.
