Emily Bossé (she/her) is a publishing professional who specializes in sales for independent bookstores. She currently works for Penguin Random House Canada as a District Sales Manager serving all of Atlantic Canada, Quebec, and Ottawa. Emily manages 200+ stores ensuring their needs are met and collaborates on shelf curation, marketing campaigns, and events in order to grow sales. She previously worked for Scholastic Canada in the field of children's books. She has also worked as a freelance editor evaluating literary manuscripts for publishers. Emily has a certificate in publishing from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), an MA in English and Creative Writing from the University of New Brunswick, and a BA in English and Political Science from St. Thomas University.

Emily's creative work has been published in multiple literary magazines. Most recently, her short story "The Most Beautiful Woman in New Brunswick Coming to a Field Near You" won the Fiddlehead fiction contest, and her short story "Last Animal Standing on Gentleman's Farm" was a 2017 Journey Prize Finalist.
