Minor in Game Studies & Design 

 The Minor in Game Studies and Design offers students in degree programs the opportunity to attain a secondary specialization in the broad study of games as cultural artifacts. Students complete a series of core courses offered in the Department of Culture and Media Studies and choose additional courses from a wide-ranging, multidisciplinary list of related electives from across campus. A Minor in Game Studies and Design requires the completion of a total of 24 ch, with grade of C or better in each course. There are three required courses. The other credit hours can be completed by choosing from Groups A and B, according to the guidelines below. A minimum of 12 ch must be at the 3000 level or higher.
