Lost or stolen UCard?

The first thing you need to do is freeze your UCard so others can’t use it.

UNB students, faculty and staff: You will need to use MFA to login. If you don't have your MFA approval device, follow these instructions.

Using the UCard App

  1. Log in to the UCard App (Transact eAccounts)
[Get the UCard app UNB | STU]
  2. Tap the Gear icon for settings
  3. Tap “Card Management” and toggle off the appropriate credential to disable

Using UCard Online

  1. Log in to UCard Online (UNB | STU)
  2. Select "Card Services"
  3. Select the appropriate credential (card/phone)
  4. Click "Deactivate Your UCard"

Once you have disabled your UCard, you can reactivate it if found (follow the steps above; reactivation is immediate) or get a replacement UCard (fees may apply).

You are responsible for all use of your UCard, even if it's lost or stolen.

If you have lost your phone, or don't have your MFA approval device, and can't login to the UCard App or UCard Online (UNB | STU) you can contact one of the locations below to help you freeze your UCard.
