The UNB Fredericton Reds compete in men's basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, men's volleyball, women's volleyball, men's hockey and swimming. The Reds compete in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport league.

The Saint John Seawolves compete in men's basketball, women's basketball, men's soccer, women's soccer, men's volleyball and women's volleyball. The Seawolves compete in the Canadian Colleges Athletics Association (CCAA).
