Fitness room bookings

Availability

  • Monday to Friday: 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m.
  • Monday and Wednesday evening: 7 p.m., 8 p.m., 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m.

Workouts must be 30 minutes maximum.

Cardio machines

  • 5 treadmills
  • 1 Jacob’s ladder
  • 1 bike
  • 1 Stairmaster
  • 1 stair climber

Guidelines

We ask that you wear a mask to and from your cardio machine, but it does not need to be worn during your workout.

  • Use of personal equipment is not permitted. (i.e: yoga mats, weights etc. brought from home)
  • Do not share equipment.
  • Only staff members are permitted to allow users into the fitness room who have booked a time
