Fitness room bookings


Tuesday 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m.

Wednesday 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m.

Friday 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

To book a workout please email Sharon Stewart.

Workouts must be 45 minutes maximum.

Cardio machines

  • 5 treadmills
  • 1 Jacob’s ladder
  • 1 bike
  • 1 Stairmaster
  • 1 stair climber


We ask that you wear a mask to and from your cardio machine, but it does not need to be worn during your workout.

  • Use of personal equipment is permitted with approval from Athletics Staff. (i.e: yoga mats)
  • Do not share equipment.
  • Only staff members are permitted to allow users into the fitness room who have booked a time
