The Citizen Database is a digital document which contains basic demographic and location information on all residents of New Brunswick who have been issued with a provincial Medicare card. The Citizen Database captures any New Brunswick resident who has been issued a provincial Medicare card during 1971 to 2020 calendar years, as well as January of 2021. Records are generated per individual and derived directly from the New Brunswick Department of Health.
