VeroSource Solutions, founded in Fredericton, NB in 2014, provides real-time access to healthcare data for individuals, clinicians, and decision-makers. Its proprietary VS Platform—featuring Interoperability, Access, and Data & AI components—securely connects people, data, and healthcare systems. Over one million users have accessed health records through VeroSource's solutions, including on New Brunswick’s MyHealthNB platform.
In July 2024, VeroSource was acquired by Toronto-based HEALWELL AI, a healthcare AI company focused on preventative care. HEALWELL’s mission is to improve health outcomes and save lives through early disease detection. This acquisition supports VeroSource’s continued growth across Canada and globally.
