The maintenance on UNB’s Saint John campus has been successfully completed.
On Wednesday, June 29 from 11:00 p.m. - 11:59 p.m. (1 hour), ISS will be performing network maintenance on UNB’s Saint John campus.
As a result, all IT services will be unavailable on the Saint John campus during the outage, including:
UNB’s wireless & wired networks (internet)
Printing and photocopying; including to UNB lab printers
All Microsoft 365 services (Teams, email, OneDrive, etc.)
VoIP telephone services (Teams Calling)
UCard services (UCard Online, eAccounts app, gift deposits, photo upload, PHIL stations and purchases made with UCard cash)
Network drives (ex: P:, H:)
MyUNB Intranet
Colleague
Footprints (Request Tracking)
All UNB webpages
Cascade (CMS)
D2L Brightspace
Non-UNB websites (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Local 107.3 broadcast
No email or voicemail messages will be lost during the outage. All email and voicemail messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
Secure door access will not be impacted.
