The WebAdvisor issue has been resolved.

Original Details:

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are unable to login to webadvisor.unb.ca, or access WebAdvisor through the eServices portal. Webadvisor services, such as course selection and WebTimeEntry@UNB, are still accessible via Page 2 of the Launch Menu in the myUNB Portal.

Related to this, users are also unable to login to the UNB mobile app.

ITS is aware of the issue and our team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
