Required lecture course in the Masters of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner Program.
This course's theoretical content focuses on the knowledge, judgement, skills and abilities necessary to apply the core Nurse Practitioner (NP) competency of management of the treatment of clients' health conditions by utilizing advanced pharmacotherapeutic methods.
Prerequisite or co-requisite NURS6203
A degree in pharmacy would be preferred or a Masters Degree or higher in Nursing and active registration with the Nurses Associate of New Brunswick. Previous teaching experience would be considered an asset.
This course will be taught using MS Teams meeting platform.
