Purpose: To practice in collaboration with families to provide safe, holistic nursing care within multiple settings.
This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to care for families who have at least one member experiencing an acute or chronic illness. Students will be expected to care for families in multiple settings, including their home and hospital. Students will integrate and apply the theory examined in NURS 4113 and NURS 4121 in this practice setting.
Must be an RN in good standing with NANB. Must be willing to provide criminal record check and up to date CPR. Must be able to adhere to immunization requirements of partner facility.
