Instructional design is a theory-based process for developing effective, engaging face-to-face and online lessons and courses. In this course, students will learn about instructional design principles, theories, models and processes while working step-by-step through the design of a small unit of instruction. This course will be of interest to teachers, trainers, HR and e-learning professionals, and others who would like to learn more about instructional design and its application.
