BA 3623 is a required (core) course in the BBA program.

Course Description

This course introduces students to deterministic models and solution methods applicable to business problems. Topics such as linear programming, integer programming, network models, project scheduling, inventory models, multi-criteria optimization and application of software packages in solving management science problems will be covered.

Qualifications

The minimum requirement for consideration is a Master's degree in a field relevant to the topic area or an undergraduate degree combined with a professional certification in an appropriate field. Previous experience teaching in a university environment is considered an asset.

4. Course offerings are subject to budgetary approval and a minimum enrollment of 15 students.
5. The CAE Contract binds the Contract academic Instructor to take the course from start to conclusion including invigilation and marking of the final exam.
6. Applicants who are Graduate students please submit the Part-time Employment Form with sections 1 and 2 completed with your package.

8. The Assessment Committee requests formal and complete applications to our posting.  Partial applications make the work of the Committee difficult and slow down the selection process. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
9. Full time hiring is in process and this course could become part of a regular teaching load.
