Book a workout (or swim) time

Booking a workout (or swim) time will allow us to adhere to and maintain our capacity standards. This measure will also allow us to promote physical distancing and help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases in a safe and effective manner.

Important details 

  • Members will be required to book a workout (or swim) time, either online or by phone at (506) 453-4579, in advance of accessing the facilities until further notice. Bookings may be completed up to 4-days (96 hours) in advance.
  • Member workout times are limited to 60-minute increments at the CURRIE CENTER and 45-minute increments at the SMA Pool until further notice.
  • Members will be given a bracelet to wear upon entry that signifies the booking period.
  • Consecutive booking times are permitted, but members working out at the CURRIE CENTER will be required to exit and re-enter the facility after each booking period regardless of when they entered. Members with consecutive booking times at the SMA Pool will be required to stay on deck during the transition.
  • Facilities will undergo a cleaning transition after each booking period. A 15-minute cleaning transition will be completed after each booking period at both the CURRIE CENTER & SMA Pool.
  • Member walk-ins will not be permitted until further notice. 

How to book a workout (or swim) time online

  1. Go to
  2. Login to your account. 
  3. Go to “Facility Access” and select the day of the week of your intended workout.
  4. Choose your desired workout time(s).

Upon arrival, our team will administer a pre-screening questionnaire for symptoms of COVID-19. Our team will also be available to answer any questions or concerns. Directional and Public Health signage will be visible and indicate how to move throughout the facilities.
