Dr. Hebert came to UNB from Murdoch University in Australia where he was the Associate Dean (Research) in the School of Psychology and Exercise Science. Prior to that, he was at the University of Utah where held appointments in the Departments of Neurosurgery, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Training.

In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Hebert earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (University of Denver) and PhD in Exercise Science (University of Utah). Before pursuing an academic career, he worked as an outpatient and hospital-based clinician in multidisciplinary environments including pain, sports medicine, and spine surgery.
