This project is tailored for students grappling with ADHD in the post-secondary environment.

Focus Forum aims to address the unique challenges faced by these students, drawing from compelling evidence and fostering a growth-focused approach. Join us as we explore strategies to enhance concentration and celebrate our dynamic learning journeys.

This group will run on Mondays from 3-4 p.m. on Oct. 23, 30, Nov. 13 & 20.  It is being offered by UNB Counselling Services & open to UNB/STU students.
