It’s that time of year – exams are on the horizon. And this year, the pandemic is adding additional pressure for us all. Let’s talk about it!

Matthew MacLean, mental health strategist, will host a forum to offer ideas and resources to help manage the complexities of the pandemic’s impact on our mental health and wellbeing. This event will offer a space for everyone to reflect as a community on the challenges and growth we have experienced during the past year.

“The pandemic has brought many unique challenges to our homes and communities and each of us has experienced additional strain and worry,” says Matthew. “Although public health requirements have made it more difficult to connect with others, it is still vitally important that we exchange our stories and experiences with each other. Through sharing and acknowledgment, we increase our resilience and capacity by finding common ground with one another.”

Please drop in to one of our virtual forums and join the discussion around mental health, wellbeing and strategies to help us navigate the pandemic and the exam period.

-       Wednesday, April 14 at 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. or,

-       Thursday, April 15 at 12 - 1 p.m.

Can’t make it? Matthew will also be sharing some ideas and strategies for good mental health when he takes over UNB’s Instagram on Tuesday, April 13.
