Please join us for the second Rural Issues workshop of the season as we welcome Kathy Halvorsen.

Kathy Halvorsen is a Professor of Natural Resource Policy jointly appointed with the Department of Social Sciences and the School of Forest Resources and Environmental Science at Michigan Tech. She currently has two main research foci: climate change mitigation and biodiversity protection.
