Please join us for the next Rural Issues workshop as we welcome Bill Parenteau with his paper “Raking Embers: Incendiarism and the Transformation of the New Brunswick Forest Industries.”

Dr. Bill Parenteau's environmental history has focussed mainly on the political economy and social history of resource development in the northeastern North America as they pertain to the rural working class and indigenous population.

We will meet in the Forestry and Geology building, Room 202 at 4 p.m.

After the workshop, we will reconvene at the Grad House for dinner at 5:30 p.m.
