Course curriculum

Other options

Concentration in Human Resource Management

Involves four human resource courses.

Certificate in Human Resource Management

The Certificate in Human Resource Management is ideal for individuals with prior HR experience or other degrees seeking to deepen HR knowledge without committing to the full degree.

Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Applied Management

Bachelor of Applied Management (BAM) students should note that pursuing a minor may require them to complete more than the minimum number of credit hours required for the BAM degree. Core courses in this program may not form part of the concentration.

Pathway to Professional Certification (CPHRNB)

Completing a UNB BBA with an HR major can satisfy parts of the requirements for the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick (CPHRNB) designation, a nationally recognized credential.

UNB Saint John has an agreement with CPHR NB, allowing eligible graduates to waive the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) required for certification, provided specific criteria are met.
